Strato VC is a student-led venture capital firm investing in undergraduate entrepreneurs with idea-stage companies. We provide mentorship, capital, and a network to help student founders turn ideas into real businesses.
Investment Criteria

STUDENT FOUNDERS
All founders must be undergraduate students at UW–Madison.
2.
IDEA STAGE
No formal company incorporation required.
3.
FUNDING
We invest where capital is the constraint on progress, sizing each investment to the startup’s needs

EXIT POTENTIAL
We invest in startups with a realistic path to an exit.
